Description:

  • Cell body is constructed from high-purity borosilicate glass.
  • The working electrode is a flat electrode, ensuring easy sample installation, removal, and handling.
  • This electrolytic cell is suitable for electrochemical experiments before SEM scanning or for testing coating corrosion performance during corrosion tests.
  • The bottom of the cell features a circular hole with a fixed area of 1 cm² (customizable size upon request) and a sealable O-ring.
  • After placing the sample in the hole, tightening the four screws at the top of the cell compresses the working sample, achieving a sealing effect.
  • The working electrode's conductivity connection employs the principle of copper tape adhered to the working sample for sample conductivity.
  • Copper tape is convenient to use, easily replaceable after corrosion, ensuring better conductivity.
  • The cell is available in single-layer and double-layer forms.
  • The double-layer cell includes a constant temperature water bath function, achieving temperature control by circulating constant-temperature water within the cell's jacket layer.
